Eastside Rust

A rust-covered fixture on 40th Ave. in east Nashville. This piece is an 8x10 oil on tempered masonite panel. My current goal in life - thicker paint.

St. George Salt Marsh

This 8x10 plein air painting was lucky to have been finished at all. It was a windy day, the easel blew over, and the half-finished painting landed face down on the ground. A little judicious scraping and plucking of twigs and sand was required before I pressed on. Oil on tempered masonite panel.
